Code of Collabs

Guidelines for building and sustaining a real and respectful community.

teepee connects creators and businesses to make collabs simple, fair and accessible for everyone. To keep it that way, everyone is expected to follow the same code - built on authenticity, respect and accountability.

Respect everyone.

We have zero tolerance for hate, discrimination, harassment or disrespect towards others. Whether you’re a creator, a business or a guest - treat everyone with respect and professionalism.  Your actions shape how others see this community.

Be Real.

Only use genuine accounts with real content.

  • No fake followers, no copied images and no impersonation

  • Your connected Instagram should reflect your real content, work and style

Authenticity is the foundation of teepee - fake profiles or misleading behaviour will be removed.

Stay transparent.

Be upfront about what’s agreed and how you deliver. Disclose any paid work or sponsorships clearly. Don’t misrepresent what was given or promised in a collab. If a problem comes up, deal with it directly and respectfully, not through public negativity.

Follow through.

Deliver what was agreed, including content type, platform and details outlined in the offer.
Repeated cancellations, ghosting or missed deadlines will affect your rating and may result in temporary account freezes or removal.

Keep it fair.

Collabs work best when both sides bring value.

  • Creators: Don’t ask for extras that aren’t part of the offer.

  • Businesses: provide what’s promised, no last-minute changes.

If something feels off, report it - we review every case. Fairness builds trust. Take advantage and you’ll lose it.

Know the consequences.

First-time issues may affect your rating. Repeated behaviour can result in temporary suspension or permanent removal. Serious violations (hate, scams or impersonation) lead to immediate removal.

Collab Rules

Creators and businesses rely on each other to make collabs work smoothly and keep opportunities open for everyone, so sticking to these rules helps to build a community where everyone wins.

Cancel or request a date change at least 24 hours before your visit.
Businesses prepare in advance and last-minute cancellations waste time and resources.

Check in when you get there.
Show your QR code so the venue can scan it and confirm your visit.

Stick to the agreed content type and platform.
If you think another format might work better, check with the business first.

Post within 14 days of your visit.
Upload the links to your content in teepee to complete the collab.

Repeated cancellations, ghosting or missed deadlines will affect your rating and may result in temporary account freezes or removal.
